Citrix Utility AppEdit

What is appedit, And what does it do?.

AppEdit is a Visual Basic application developed By Rich Pulver.

Developed for the purpose of adding or removing Citrix Published applications from a Server Object.

This useful utility saves alot of time adding or removing Citrix published applications from Server objects. If you have Citrix servers that host many applications, then this utility will save you time adding or removing the many published application from the Server.

For example, we have a financial application that is Oracle based, wh
ich has 40 executable modules. Recently we upgraded the application, the AppEdit utility was useful in adding the published applications to a test server, then to the new production servers.

Appedit requires the Citrix SDK 2.3 or above to be installed on the Citrix server you install AppEdit on.

It has been tested MetaFrame FR3, however, I have never tried it in Presentation Server 3.0 or 4.0, however it should work fine.
